Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Datahashira to delete all data Datahashira Social holds about you, including everything it received from Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Here is how.

1. Ask us to delete your data

1. Email support@simplideliver.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the email address of your Datahashira Social account, or the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads profile you connected, so we can find your data.
3. We confirm we received your request within 7 days, and delete your data within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

2. What we delete

• Your Datahashira Social account, name and email address.
• Every connected Facebook, Instagram and Threads account, with its IDs, names, profile pictures and access tokens.
• Your drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, post records and performance figures.

Deleting your data in Datahashira Social does not delete posts that were already published to Facebook, Instagram or Threads. Remove those on the platform itself.

3. Remove the app's access on Meta's side

You can also revoke Datahashira Social's access yourself at any time:

• Facebook:Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Datahashira Social → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select Datahashira Social → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → select Datahashira Social → Remove.

Once access is removed, Datahashira Social can no longer read from or post to that account. To have the data already stored with us erased as well, send the email in step 1.
