Who we are
This policy covers Datahashira Social, the social media scheduling application run by Datahashira at social.datahashira.com. Datahashira Social lets a signed-in user connect their Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads profiles, then write, schedule and publish posts to them from one place. Datahashira Social is built on Postiz, open-source software that we host on our own server. Datahashira is responsible for the data described here. Questions go to support@simplideliver.com.
Data we collect from Facebook, Instagram and Threads
We only receive data from Meta after you choose to connect an account and approve the permissions Meta shows you. For each connected account we collect:
- Facebook: your Facebook user ID and name, the list of Facebook Pages you manage and choose to connect (Page ID, name and profile picture), and access tokens that let us publish to those Pages.
- Instagram: your Instagram professional account ID, username, name and profile picture, and an access token that lets us publish to that account.
- Threads: your Threads user ID, username, name and profile picture, and an access token that lets us publish to that profile.
- Post data on all three: the IDs and links of posts we publish for you, and the performance figures Meta reports for them and for your connected accounts (such as reach, impressions, likes, comments and follower counts).
We do not collect your Facebook, Instagram or Threads password, your friends or followers lists, your private messages, or content from accounts you have not connected.
Data you give us directly
- Your Datahashira Social account: name, email address and a hashed password.
- The posts you write or schedule, including text, images and videos you upload.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) kept to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
- To publish for you. Account IDs and access tokens let Datahashira Social post your scheduled content to the Page, Instagram account or Threads profile you picked, at the time you picked.
- To show you your accounts. Names and profile pictures let you see which account each post is going to.
- To report results. Post IDs and performance figures let us show you how your posts did.
- To run the service securely and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, build profiles of you, or use data from Meta for any purpose other than the ones above.
Who we share it with
- Meta(Facebook, Instagram, Threads) receives the posts you ask us to publish, through Meta's official APIs.
- Our hosting provider stores the server that runs Datahashira Social. It processes data only to provide that hosting.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
No one else receives your data.
How long we keep it
We keep connected-account data and access tokens while the account stays connected. When you disconnect an account in Datahashira Social, or remove Datahashira Social from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, its tokens stop working and we delete them. Scheduled and published post records stay in your Datahashira Social account until you delete them or your account. When you ask us to delete your data we remove it within 30 days; see Data Deletion. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
How we protect it
Datahashira Social is served only over HTTPS. Access tokens and account data are stored on our own server, which only Datahashira administrators can reach.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@simplideliver.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also withdraw Meta permissions at any time from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings.
Children
Datahashira Social is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell signed-in users about significant changes.
