Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Datahashira Social, the social media scheduling application run by Datahashira at social.datahashira.com. By using Datahashira Social you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Datahashira Social.

The service

Datahashira Social lets you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles and other social accounts, then write, schedule and publish posts to them. It is built on the open-source Postiz software and is hosted by Datahashira.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

Your content

You own the content you create in Datahashira Social. You give Datahashira permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only so that Datahashira Social can publish it for you. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to post it.

Platform rules

When you publish through Datahashira Socialyou must also follow the terms and policies of each platform, including Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards and Instagram and Threads terms. We may stop publishing content that breaks them.

Acceptable use

You must not use Datahashira Social to:

• post spam, or anything illegal, misleading, hateful or harassing;
• break anyone else's rights, including copyright and privacy;
• try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• overload, attack or reverse-engineer the service.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Data Deletion.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Datahashira Social and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

No warranty

Datahashira Socialis provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every scheduled post will publish on time. Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Datahashira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Datahashira Social, including posts that fail, publish late or are removed by a platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell signed-in users about significant changes. Using Datahashira Social after a change means you accept the new terms.
